You sound pleased Zorba - what benefits do you expect to see when you wake up on Feb 1st?
Apologies if I have misread your tone, I guess you could just be surprised that BoJo actually did something he promised to do.

I still think the Government have no plan, and that they're just treading water at the moment, going for approbatory Daily Mail headlines. The trouble is, I think this can and will go on all year, so we leave without a deal at the end of the year. They are just breathtakingly, appallingly irresponsible.

Javid’s imbecilic comments last weekend seemed to imply that no deal is their desired end point 😡😡
Well f*ck them and everyone who voted for them - they can stew in their own mess, I just feel sorry for everyone else ☹️😪

On Zorba's point it is amazing how all this is happening now without any fanfare

The thing is, macca, I'm not sure it actually is their desired end point. They're just trying to sound tough and Brexity, I don't think they've actually planned that far ahead. I think they'd probably prefer some kind of deal, but that's really hard, so here are some more soundbites for the base instead.

They're trying to work out how the oncoming cluster fuck is all the fault of Corbyn and or the last Labour government.
