"Well Geoffrey. What do you make of that. Rees Mogg lbw for nought" "Typical posh boy's shot. Millar bowled a straight one. Rees Mogg caught slouching and smirking. He needs to sit up straight like we do in Yorkshire. My granny could have kept that out with a stick of Rhubarb" " Well it's Ian Duncan Smith who comes in. Perhaps he can fair a bit better." "Another posh kid. He won't last" |

Indications from the PMs lawyer giving evidence at the Supreme Court today that *if* suspension is deemed unlawful, PM will comply with recommendation of court and so potentially ask the Queen to recall Parliament. *But* lawyer answered 'no comment' when asked whether PM would then subsequently suspend parliament again.

And subsequently lost his appeal against the conviction. Having seen the photographs it would seem quite incredible the damage that can occur when accidentally falling over on a hotel carpet. |

A large student population may well have voted in their home constituencies in 2017 Chrisull as it was in June. This would have a big impact on Falmouth and Truro.

run free
Am thinking the only way Brexit can be stopped is with one continual last effort of demonstrations and campaigning outside parliament when it restarts to show the "Will of the People". If there is an election before we are out, will be ensuring the students are heard in Surrey.

I sent my wee sis a text a couple weeks ago about attending the People's Vote march on Oct 19. She pointed out that we may have a GE or Extension by then. She was right! I really would like to express my opinion on a march. A really big march. Or a long term, high volume, camp on their doorsteps type protest presence. It seems the only way to get through to these people. What event would you recommend run free? ![]() |

19th is still probably going to be huge, thought it's not yet clear what sort of scenario we'll be in at that time. There are lots of smaller events at cities round the country, certainly in Leeds.
