Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

They’re having problems getting trees removed from the Falkirk Parkrun course too I think.

They had to use an alternative course for the 7 hour ultra there last weekend.

Hazlehead was off for months a couple of years ago because the trees weren’t cleared

You know the parkrun list thingy.

fetcheveryone.com/parkrun.php

Do we think it updates automatically with new events? If that’s the case and an event hasn’t showed up after 3 weeks of running should I alert Ian?!

I didn't realise it did and tried to add one for a parkrun I went to recently that will be on its 3rd or 4th tomorrow. Then realised it wasn't like the other parkrun ones and sent a message about it but it doesn't seem to have changed. I think you should alert him as maybe there's a general issue

Keswick parkrun had a tree down a few weeks back. The tree was removed in days and the popular railways path reopened. I guess it just varies by area.
