Me also, though it will be slow and stately, as my knee didn't like the fast-for-me start last week, and grumbled all weekend.

Fake parkrun completed. I am having to run further than 5km for longer as the Garmin can't cope with my garden loop, but the exercise is much appreciated.

(I have expanded the drive slightly by moving the cars and got my watch to think I am just over 9min pace per/km which is an improvement on 9.30min p/km - in reality doing less than 7min per/km)
