Yes, you have to remember to do it and you have to edit/ write what you want in the box but all the volunteers are picked out for you so I would call it fairly automatic.

Beeston cancelled due to some erosion by the Trent, so off to Wollaton. Mind, part of the parkrun was in the XC on Saturday, so might be a touch muddy.
