Victoria Park Glasgow on Saturday ...Notorious buggy pusher ( Giffnock North AC ? ) barrelling his way round a tight course , to the danger of his hapless offspring and everyone else , and then larging it in strava about his speedy time ....Discourtesy on stilts ...

Surely one would just tip the buggy over "accidentally" - the bairn is presumably securely strapped in for travelling at such speed. It would be a salutary lesson to them and a clear warning to others.*

*not really advising this
