I set the course record at the Greenwich inaugural in over 26 minutes! Inaugurals weren't a thing then and only about 12 people turned up.

I've the reverse sort of parkrun situation. Turned up at one of the really low key ones, that has a turnout of about 40 people a few weeks back. Grassy 3 lapper with a 1/3mile gentle hill on each lap job.
Put a 18.01 on the table, which would have won literally the last 50 weeks ( I counted )
Position on the day I did it? 3rd
You have to chuckle.

57.5 Degrees of Pain
I have been first male finisher both with women 1st and 2nd and women 1st and 3rd. If I can ever top an otherwise female podium the trifecta would be a proud achievement!

I've been 1st lady a few times if the fast people don't urn up or big local race the next day so they're taking it easy pre race. My highest overall finish was a NYD parkrun when it was snowing & lower than normal turnout
