Eastville today. Its a busy one but interesting ups and downs and has a great volunteer team. Lost much time as I couldn't make the most of the first downhill bit as the path was a tad blocked. I shouldnt have started so far back. It took me 2km to catch up with some slower runners.

Nice to meet 57.5 Degrees of Pain, even if only briefly, this morning at Torvean.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, despite the cold and rain, and had a good parkfaff at the cafe afterwards.

No.12 I've only done Eastville once, as part of a NYD double. It was a real test!

I think I would like the course if it wasn't so crowded.
