Must have picked up a time bonus power-up on my round Bushy today - my official time is 2 minutes faster than my watch time

57.5 Degrees of Pain
I was (and still am) the local parkrun ambassador, but the team were so organised I only had to come north twice, once to OK the course and once for the inaugural.
Will appear once the path work is done to say hello.

57.5 Degrees of Pain
It was Dunnet Woods I ran in. Presumably the most northerly mainland UK woodland.

I thought it might be Dunnet if it wasn't Sibster. That's a lovely run too. Lots of ticks in summer though. And another place where most people would have to drive too.
There definitely needs to be one somewhere Brora or Golspie way! Dunrobin Castle has a train station ... depends who buys it!

We had a change of plan for today's parkrun as my sister and bro-in-law were visiting so we stayed local and did Rother Valley (my 132nd run there, out of 266 parkruns in total) - I managed to do my fastest time for 6 years.
