I got stopwatch bingo today (216 events). I’ve never gamed it and in fact in runs like today I’ve no firm idea of my exact time until I get the results as I have one activity for the longer run (in today’s case, 11 miles including the event) and not a separate activity just for parkrun. It’s totally pointless, but it’s done

First position was a lady at Witney this morning for the first time and with a new lady’s course record of 17:35.
Same at Edenbrook - fairly similar time as well I think.

Well done. Is there a decent bus service from near Holyrood that goes out towards Tynecastle? I’ll be in Edinburgh next Friday.

175 Parkrun’s for me today. Not an official milestone but a nice number. Well done. Is there a decent bus service from near Holyrood that goes out towards Tynecastle? I’ll be in Edinburgh next Friday.
A 26 from Meadowbank goes to haymarket and a short walk. Otherwise a walk to princes at and you will get buses that go to tynecastle but I am not sure of numbers. Maybe 44

had meant to do park run this morning but although i could have done my local one was intending to do the one other at mothers but alas i wasn't up that early and instead was driving past it whilst it was underway
