No. Boob squishes go in Surgery cycles. I missed one as I changed surgeries and had just missed the new surgeries turn. That’s why when you go to the clinic for it chances are you know a couple people sitting there if they are with the same GP surgery. I got my text reminder today about my appointment next week. My smear is another 2 years away. |

Breakfast, lunch, Tea when I was younger but now I'm living Darn Sarf (Essex) it's dinner, which makes you wonder why schools have Dinnerladies and dinner money and all that. Did school catering arrangements evolve int he North and migrate South?

When school dinners became a thing weren’t they considered the main meal? Hence dinner? When teaching it was lunchtime but we will had dinner ladies serving. But staff ate with the kids in the err restaurant thereby supervising meaning no dinner ladies needed to supervise |

Good news, Pix I didn't get on with school dinners and mostly went home, where "dinner" was a smallish meal (though still something cooked - chips and cheese or soup and bread and a pudding would be typical) and "tea" was meat, taties, vegetables and another pudding. And in the middle of all of this my mother was fretting about her weight and going on short-lived 1000 calorie diets which seemed to involve eating a lot of nasty dry or sour things. |

This is true. Mrs Nellers was the "Catering Manager" at our local school for quite a while (until the outsourcing and deterioration of the service she was able to provide got to her and she left) and the job titles are all very much in that vein.

Bob!
When I was a kid ( in Sussex) it was: Breakfast Dinner Tea. Now it's: Breakfast Lunch Dinner All it means is that the South has moved on! 😉 |
