A few weeks ago my routine diabetic eye screening showed a bleed and fluid in my right eye. Today I had my first treatment an injection into the right eye 🎯 Never seen it done in 15+ years in nursing and obviously never had it done before. I suppose it was pay back for all the injections etc I have done to others. No adverse affects just another 4 to have over the next 4 months or so

After very many years of dentisting I can cope with most medical stuff but anything to do with eyes gives me the creeps. Thanks for giving us good news Nick. Sorry for your loss nsc. A vibrant colleague of my age just died suddenly. On the plus side I just had a couple of drinks over Skype with a friend 20 years my senior. A Covid era habit we have continued every few weeks.
