Ness
Hopefully Mr Ness and I will be going to Ibiza in August. No nightclubs will be involved though.

The only camping I've ever done was in a massive Eurocamp tent in Brittany a couple of times when our girls were small. It had bedrooms and proper beds and a kitchen. That's as much camping as I'll ever do. I'm definitely more of a 4* hotel kind of girl.
We're off to Tenby the weekend after this for Mr JK's exciting go at being an international athlete. We'll be staying in a cottage attached to a country hotel.

Rosehip
Having returned to camping in the last few years, I love solo camping in my little tent, not sure how many excuses I’ll be able to find to do so though

57.5 Degrees of Pain
Since we bought a large, tent in 2019 I've camped 3 times in Scotland. A sweltering long weekend in Kelso, a gorgeous weekend in Achmelvich and the best weather of all for four nights over the jubilee holiday. Luck is sure to run out soon.
Best feature of the tent for the Scottish summer is a blackout liner. Even better than the midgie screened cooking area.

57.5 Degrees of Pain
My worst camping memory is of sharing a two man tent with a friend who emptied his stomach contents over me, about 90% of which was Pernod and blackcurrant.
Could have been worse, at least his head was at my feet and there was space in the Saab 95 to spend the rest of the night. I'd borrowed the tent though...

Angus Clydesdale
Is Angus Clydesdale around? We're about to go down the MRE rabbit hole if he is. Be afraid. I've restrained myself, for sake of polite company.

3M (aka MarkyMarkMark)
Last time I overnighted in a tent was for the overnight stop in The Race to the Stones last July. It rained a bit, and was pitched on a diagonal slope, so I spent a few minutes every time I woke from a doze fighting back uphill onto my thermarest!
The "neighbours" spent too much time talking on their mobiles late at night, snoring and farting their way through the night, and getting up noisily when they heard the alarm going off in a tent a row over.
I didn't really sleep much!
But then, it wasn't meant to be a holiday!
