Agree re this being amongst the friendliest and most supportive threads on fetch, which is generally pretty great most places compared to other online “communities”. I still remember a mustard pot being a standard condiment in my youth, but not used much!

Minimag Oct 2021 9:18pm, 28 Oct 2021 446 posts	0 Minimag Since we have been semi-retired, and cooking from scratch, the most noticeable change for us has been noticing how much salt there is in 'ready meals', take aways and even meals in restaurants. Anyone else noticed this? I especially notice this in Chinese food (MSG?) I used to love take aways, but now we cook almost exclusively at home

There used to be a thing called a 'takeaway headache' attributed to MSG didn't there?
