Should be prescription only Mustard, cheese, yep, where I was brought up, Italy, parmesan is a condiment. It lives on tables with the pepper, salt and tooth picks. Often in a condiment serving set together. Mustard, in another country I spent much of my formative years, is also found on the table, in a condiment serving configuration.
