I haven't listened to DSOTM for many years. Possibly 30! Got played a lot by one of my friends when I was training.

Never mind Pink Floyd, have a listen to Kind of Blue. Nothing was the same for me after that.

I think WYWH is the only album I have on both vinyl and CD. First CD played when I got my first player. I was also at Wembley Rosehip. Rather more than alcohol was involved that day. |

I was referring to ver Floyd, rather than any Fetchies ![]() Through that time, I think I was largely waiting for punk to happen. And synthesisers. Although if I were to recommend some prog ... Camel, especially "music inspired by The Snow Goose". Or a bracing selection of Van Der Graaf Generator. ![]() (Readers may find something of interest on the website Prog Archives progarchives.com Aphrodite's Child, Harmonium or Banco del Mutuo Soccorso, anyone?) |
