Just back from a rather “fresh” morning dip.. 10.9 in our salt water lake.. first time I have paid to swim too.. Mersea Island boating lake 40 minutes Noticed that my body is great at adjusting but it does do the one minute fine next drop! So timing is going to be everything from here in and not overdoing it Swam with one glove today to leave a hand free to take pics, stupid idea! Need a go pro So lomo goves are ace, but still I find them a bit stiff, one of my swimbuds has skinz. They looked much more flexin and close fitting Any recommendations? (i bet this has been asked loads of times sorry!)

I don’t think of cold water swimming as training, so not too bothered about the gloves being perfect. I have heard good things about skinz though. Not sure that helps? I did a semi-skins Swim today. First time in my long sleeve neoprene cossie. Loved it.
