That is a good start Pix. Mindfulness in daily life: when you do the dishes: breathe and do the dishes. Really focus on the task at hand. Nothing else. Photocopying: just do that and breathe.
Making coffee: breathe.
And do not rush: be mindful and purposeful.
No.multi-tasking :)

I had 5min of meditation at end of my yoga tonight I could have curled up and gone to sleep.

I also run mindful (not always possible) but I just concentrate on the breath and moving (a running coach I see sometimes is also a yogi and big believer in mindful running)

Broke my streak already. Forgot completely yesterday but no damage and I've done a 15 minute Headspace today so I'm still working on makingit a habit.

Excellent. No need to be too rigid! It is brain training but needn't be tackled like running training ;)

9 days with meditation in 2023 so far. I won't claims it's becme a habit yet but I'm working on it.

I think I'm noting the "drift" more quickly and bringing the focus back sooner than when I started, or maybe I'm just less concerned that I drifted. I think that's probably just as good a result.

Just to clarify is your struggle with what you are consuming or how you are consuming it? Or both?

Hubby and I meditate well for a while - ie every day, then drop it at times. We're currently on a nearly every day phase again.

It's a case of once I start I don't stop mainly and I don't notice I'm doing it!
