Me too! I would think a special targeted cool ap that ties in with tiktok or Insta or something would do it. |

I'm trying to get back into a daily practice I fear that I have a few stressful months ahead with mum's health and therefore need this I'm also hoping that I can become more mindful to manage my eating as I tend to eat without thought and in excess when suffering from stress and anxiety. I've reactivated my Insight Timer account (never really got on with Headspace) Any other recommendations to listen to or read? |

I have tried calm and headspace. I think I prefer headspace but I really struggle with focussing on my breath. Is it because I am asthmatic? My breathing seems really laboured when I focus on it, far from relaxing. And I do find that after the first 10 free headspace sessions, the rest are very similar. Am I expecting too much?

Dill, try walking. Especially if you are asthmatic focussing on your breath is not necessarily relaxing. If you walk, slowly, and coordinate your paces with your breath, it becomes very restful.

Hanneke, thank you, I had thought about walking meditation but hadn’t really looked into it. I will do now though.
