I'll be honest and say I don't really use recipes - just trial and error. Maybe should try a few more recipes though,

I love my powerful one but I put everything in it I guess if you are put lots of hard stuff in 900/600 for softer items

Today's lunch is accompanied by a "big green" - one of my favourites - cucumber, celery, spinach, lime juice and mint. Loads of fresh mint in garden lifts the flavour.
Regular breakfast is now banana, 4 spoons of oats and some fresh or frozen berries. Like a liquid muesli!
