If I said had porridge, banana and berries - you'd say fine. It the same in a smoothie.
You can use fresh or frozen berries - so flexible on what is available and a variety of flavours.

I usually have the same OC. Aldi do a bag of frozen tropical fruit which makes a nice alternative

Love this thread. I have the 600 and don't use the book.
Over shopped on vegetables this month so had the following yesterday which was nice.
spinach (frozen) carrot cucumber radish mango (frozen) ginger
and today
avocado (whole) spinach cucumber raspberries

I try to chop up fruit and freeze it now if I can't buy it in frozen chunks in the super market. My cousines super market sells packets of frozon peels avolcado halfs. Sadly not in a store near me though.

Well it's a year since I started this and lost a stone and half with this helping a lot I don't use it every day but a few times a week
