Old Croc Dec 2015 1:35pm, 3 Dec 2015 26,790 posts	0 Old Croc to be honest not really noticed any weight loss but it a great way of fuelling or recovering for runs etc. I also use it for a drink at lunch time - just to get some natural vits and fibre into system.
Duchess Dec 2015 9:07pm, 3 Dec 2015 6,414 posts	0 Duchess I started using one at the same as properly starting to think about my food, and getting back into running so I can't really claim it as the sole cause but taking one to work has certainly helped me avoid unhealthy stuff and post-lunch sugar crash during the day. But I'm 14kg down in six months.

I think they basically involved replacing the water with alcoholic spirits/liqueurs? Any kind of pure fruit could mix with cava to make a bucks fizz type drink I guess : peaches and apricots would make a nice bellini.
