I almost completely disengaged from it, but just about hung on, was gripped by the end. Usually series go in the other direction.

Unless you like cheesy, poorly written hallmark type movies with the most obvious storyline ever! (Dad travels to Italy where daughter is buying a villa for €1). The scenery is quite nice but the rest was so predictable.

I'd kinda forgotten (if you'll pardon the contradiction) what happened in previous series. Doesn't really matter though I don't suppose since there's not a lot of overlap (there is some though tbf). I have been surprised at how quickly I got used to Sinéad Keenan in the lead role after Nicola Walker's character DCI Cassie Stuart's untimely gathering unto god. Hope we don't have to wait so long for S7.
