That's a bit tough, Ness, but it's never a call that's made lightly.
The weather lifted in time for all the NYD parkruns here to go ahead.

It was still really horrible here at 9 so wasn't worth the risk. I did a couple of laps of the course after having some coffee in the cafe. It was a bit better but still not pleasant. Now planning what I will do with the rest of my day.

Morning
Struggled to keep up but hope all is well for folks and happy new year.
All was good till around 2200 on 30th when we got a call saying the father in law had been rushed to hospital. We were at the van at the time so a mad rush to pack and drive home. Luckily we had done the things we needed to do to shut the van down for the winter (the park team drain it down etc). Last day or so has been spent in A+E and then admissions unit. Unfortunately he was in A+E for over 12 hours but they did move him off a trolley and onto a proper bed so he was more comfy. Staff were brilliant. He’s now looking a lot better but they can’t get his oxygen requirements down to what he is on at home. Going back to see him soon.

I have replaced the battery in my Gen3 BSCM Garmin speed sensor.
The old one was flat, so it wasn't working.
