They are deliberately running RM into the ground GG. I have a friend who’s a postie and it’s a shit show by all accounts.

Maz that’s all I see on my FB . “Have you seen this door? , this shed? etc as it’s not mine but my parcel has been delivered there”

There was a ridiculous one today on local FB page. Sent person picture of parcel. Turns out it’s in the garden of an abandoned house. There are no other houses close to it. How on earth they left it there?!
I don’t wait in for parcels. Royal Mail usually the best to be fair. They leave in playhouse so not on show and kept safe from elements.

The price hikes in RM are the reason so am y people now don’t buy Xmas cards I think twice before sending cards I’d normally have sent. In someways it’s good as I send messages or ring instead.
I have to be honest ans say I’ve not had any significant issues with any of the delivery companies. But with RM if we’re out it’s tough and getting to collect is a nightmare.
Amazon are great and follow our instructions and evri / DPD have been good. I obviously hope we remain lucky with our drivers.
Hope you find your parcel amazing and hope yours turns up safe too Ness

The solicitor is posting me some documents. I wish I'd known sooner & I would've said I'll pick them up!

Gosh that reminds me, a couple of years after we moved to this house a note was pushed through our door from a lady in another estate saying she’d had some post delivered to her that she thought was ours…… only the deeds for our house! Totally wrong address! RM didn’t even apologise.

Breakfast. Dawn and clear sky out.
That's the benefit of using local businesses, especially something like solicitors. Mine are on the corner of the little road I used to live in, it's still only a couple of miles away now.
