Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

LF - hope you've managed to get a little sleep now C is more settled.

Pix - hope your Mum didn't catch Covid from the lady in the neighbouring bed.

Have you had your Covid and flu jabs ready for your caring duties post op?

Run done, mild morning

Glad that Cuthbert is largely settled and you got some sleep LF

Pix if you can grab naps through the day to balance lack of sleep at night.

On sleep I went to bed read a bit then our like a light until I woke at 3, heard Ellie drinking her bowl dry. Went to bathroom checked on the BYU then back to bed. Just dozing when Ellie wanted out let her out. Still tossing and turning at 4.30 and unsettled for a while after. Garmin tells me I have a sleep score of 86 with lots of deep sleep!

So sacked off morning run (early meeting) I’ll take a longer lunch.

Knowing that 3 people ran consistently for 110 hours makes me feel guilty saying I’m tired! Another level humans.

Contemplating using a couple of annual leave days and taking rest of week off. Just not feeling great and feel like I need rest.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
