I tried to report it at 8am when the IT phone line opens but the man I spoke to, who barely spoke English, asked me to log it via the portal as he was having trouble logging in. I had to confirm with him that this was what he was telling me. The portal tells you to log urgent issues via the phone line. Got a bit Victor Meldrew about it.
