Haven't slept much, was getting a good 8 hrs in the van so have banked some for a while
very wet here
some chores done, bit of taxiing done
having a sit down and the last of the Bryson's plum bread for breakfast.

I signed up to an online coach at the weekend and I'm starting to read through all his course material, historical Q&A's etc. Today's nugget is some simple guidelines around when and how to incorporate strength training in to your week. I do like a bit of geeky out.

That's a good idea. I could potential do that as the odd snippet of info type blog or a round up of the week's learnings or something else. Thanks for that idea.
