Hope Dio is OK, you knew there was something wrong yesterday.

Bought Tesco gnocchi, the Italian one was 80 pence dearer.

We both managed to sleep through the alarm, no parkrun for us, we still had time to get there but not bothered enough.

Last day of club cricket season today, so last Saturday of sitting for 7 hours in a scorebox (until next April!). I want to get running again, so having the option of parkrun will be good.

Sorry to hear Dio is unwell hope he settles soon.

Glad you’re on the mend shades, I had no change in RHR with Covid & my HRV stats were amazing.

Ellie was unsettled at 6.30 so we had a small leg stretch in the park she’s still fast asleep now. The sun is beaming in the boat & feels a lot warmer than yesterday. Tea #2

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
