Glad you’re on the mend shades, I had no change in RHR with Covid & my HRV stats were amazing. Ellie was unsettled at 6.30 so we had a small leg stretch in the park she’s still fast asleep now. The sun is beaming in the boat & feels a lot warmer than yesterday. Tea #2
