2003 was my first year of parenthood. I remember very little. I don’t recall a heatwave but it probably didn’t come that far north.

Glad you feel better LG. Seems to be milder cases at the moment.

I remember the heatwave in 2003, ran my 100th marathon on the Isle of Man in August. Fortunately the IOM being stuck in the Irish Sea was a bit cooler than the 30+ degrees on the mainland that day.

On the way home from the IOM I was stuck in heavy traffic on the M6 and I remember giving all my spare water to the family in the car in front of me. Mum, Dad and 4 kids heading out for a day trip and they hadn't taken any water with them.

Run done, breakfast and coffee now.

Breakfast. Rain. Lights on.

I looked in my Visitors book to remind me about 2003. I had a house full of students (foreign) and probably went to the beach a lot.

Have run. Came back and asked my dog if she wanted to go for a walk, she didn’t even lift her head off the couch 😂
Coffee.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
