Very slow lots of walking and running mixed in chest was totally fine legs were tired. By the end the sun made my head a bit dizzy. Picked up a chicken bake on way back and I can eat!! Mouth tender but a million times better than yesterday. I’ll have a shower shortly then a nap. Huge improvement on 2 days ago. Oh and I know Berkeley wasn’t possible!
