It's been a bit warm though, so blog-writing rests in between chores. now watching the triathalons that I missed this morning as I hadn't expected them to be on and, being on my own in the house, the tv has been off all day.

Its very hot and I'm going out for a run in an hours time.... I really want to go to sleep. Must finish this next task for work then I can give myself permission to go.
