Have a weird sort of lump feeling around the ball of my foot and having googled and searched here am concerned it could be Morton's Neuroma. Felt like something was stuck under my foot until I took my shoes off and realised it seemed to be my foot

I had similar problems a few years ago, IdristheDragon and tried all sorts of things (insoles, padding, osteopathy). Eventually I found that switching to shoes with a wider toe box really helped as I think my foot was just getting a bit crowded as it warmed up and expanded. I hope you can find the right solution for you quickly and not too expensively.

Also full! Opted for an easy ready meal. I got us samosas for a starter followed by lamb rogan josh with naan bread for our main course. Now on sofa with a glass of Rioja.
