Felt like something was stuck under my foot until I took my shoes off and realised it seemed to be my foot

PaulaMc 4 May 6:55pm, 4 May 2024 12,743 posts	0 PaulaMc I had similar problems a few years ago, IdristheDragon and tried all sorts of things (insoles, padding, osteopathy). Eventually I found that switching to shoes with a wider toe box really helped as I think my foot was just getting a bit crowded as it warmed up and expanded. I hope you can find the right solution for you quickly and not too expensively.
