Morning Tea #3, machines emptied, oil ordered, shopping list edited. Yogurt and muesli for breakfast. Deciding whether to do garden or wash and clean out van and car whilst it’s sunny.

Breakfast. It's sunny out. DT, is that 200 a day, or building up to 200 at the end?
Building to 200 a day. I've had a few goes and remember once giving up near the end but then a couple of weeks later doing 200 relatively easily. In my experience 100 a day wouldn't be too difficult once you'd done some. I managed 40 first time and could have done a few more, and I'm not strong
