Oh ugh Idris! Not keen on steroids but needs must sometimes. 🤞
It's the first line of treatment for IBD (he has ulcerative colitis) which was diagnosed a couple of months ago and it seems to be a case of trial and error to find treatment that works. Combination of steroids and an immunosuppressant seemed to be working but I think it was more the steroids and as the dose has been decreased his symptoms are getting worse again
I'm hoping they will start him on a different treatment; I know there are a few that could help

Have been food shopping. It wasn’t windy in Whitehaven yet it’s blowing a hoolie here. Outside of beans on toast with cheese.

Bright sunshine, plenty of blue sky but the downside is a fresh breeze and low temperature.

Been swimming. I might have swum 20 lengths, but on the other hand I might have got confused somewhere in the middle. Let say ‘20-ish’.
