Busy day. I have a plan for my inset session on Wed. I’m at the ‘this is great, I’m good at this’ stage. I expect that Wednesday morning will see me in the ‘what was I thinking, this will never work’ stage.

HB at least they picked up the phone!
I now have a row with Bupa who took over my dental practice during Covid. I had an emergency and called and left messages two days solid, could not get through!
Then Bupa sent me a letter my checkup was due. They used to just email an appointment and if not suitable, I'd call and change it.
Practice does not pick up the phone so failed to schedule a checkup.
I tried scheduling planned, extensive and expensive treatment now that I have the money for it but they don't pick up the phone!!!
So their old local number is used for old clients. They don't puck it up!
The number on the Bupa website is another: for Bupa clients. I bet they pick that up!
No email on the website, but I had old emails in my inbox from before the takeover.
They now deny all knowledge!
I have asked for my xrays, which is seriously difficult...
At least I found a new dentist...
