Cedd's last post training snack was 2 buttered crumpets, creamed mushroom on one round of toast, a yoghurt, a couple of apricots and a large home made smoothie. He had tea before he trained, of course. And a slice of cheese to stave off the hunger pangs on his way to bed. It's ridiculous. And Cuthbert is healthy BMI, Cedd is on the low end of normal.
