I like this idea. I have actually been doing marcothon out of curiosity to see how it works for me, and while I’m racking the volume up anyway. I would usually have at least one rest day in a week, and I will be going back to that.

I'm not sure I train four days a week. Does climbing count?

I’ve done three streaks, the longest about 125 days from memory. For me they aren’t a good way of training. Far too many ‘savers’ and ironically not enough mileage. I’m happier running maybe three times per week

Well know you know. You belong here: make four training days count - they can be whatever you like, one of the four 'hard' (that depends on the individual) PLUS at least one proper rest day ... when you do something you enjoy JUST FOR YOU ( sounds familiar?)
