Well done all! Some great efforts. I definitely missed the embankment. I normally have a low patch mentally around 21-22 (because I think it’s over but wasn’t too bad this time until 24.

totriornottotri.wordpress.com I’ll turn this into a fetch blog now.

Sorry for anyone who had problems with the app. It worked well for me just 0.2 miles extra to run which is pretty normal
I did 4:49 which I’m pleased with for a virtual run 😀

My low spot was mile 24, worst mile of the race. I think in actual London the crowd would have pulled me through but I couldn't cope with the hills and walked a bit, more hill training needed!

Sounds like a lot of people enjoyed the virtual in the end 😃

Totrio, I feel the same about Virtuals, really. But I'm glad I did this one as it will be a memento of what has been a strange year. Also in my case, the London virtual gave me an opportunity to do the marathon distance with my girlfriend (who isn't a runner) and also as we started at 00:03, it was a new experience for me walking through the night, both things I wouldn't have done otherwise.

And I'm done. Walked all of it, no running at all. My 8th marathon and by far the most enjoyable!

Yes Big G. Different to a normal virtual thing. There were so many people out mine could have almost been an event. I saw at least someone each lap.
