I’m not disappointed. I was expecting something big in the last 10 minutes that never happened.

It does leave open the question of who was controlling Buckells and getting him promoted, so room for another bit not necessary

It felt believable though, you don't need to be a criminal mastermind...We may or may not get another series. The stuff about the Gail Vella murder was really well done.

Lots of pointed dialogue about the failings of public institutions, allowing unscrupulous and criminal behaviour to proliferate. I wonder who Jed could have been thinking about?

Bit of a weird and disappointing one, not least because Buckells comes across as too much of a wally to be a criminal mastermind! They have both rounded it all up, yet left an opening there for a 7th series with the inference that Osbourne trying to cover it all up...
