I do mine just before an easy run, sometimes before a session which I find difficult but manageable if I don't do too many deadlifts. I do this because I can't be bothered to put kit on twice 😂

I would ideally do 20-30 mins cardio as a warm up before a weights session, so you could try that. But anything that you can schedule in is better than nothing 👍
