Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Long term keep an eye on the Middle Aisle Magic at your local Aldi. They occasionally have kettlebells and they’re decent and cheaper than anywhere else for comparable quality.

Short term I think I’m going to have a better loot at the options for these handles.

Aldi had kettlebells a couple of weeks ago. Don't know if there'd be any left by now.

Thanks I might have a look
My last one was one of the vinyl covered ones - had a damaged surface (looked like a drop) so reduced to £10 (? might have been less)

this one does up to 45kg (bit more expensive but again cheaper than multiple kettlebells)

Pass!
I’m doing a different program with the six pack revolution which used kettle bells for strength!

Yes, I’m thinking cleans and snatches might be a bit painful with all those sharp corners.

If you do want to buy any, keep an eye on Facebook marketplace for anyone local to you selling ones they bought but can’t be bothered to use :)

Absolutely FDNB, those kind of handles are infamous for taking lumps off your arms on cleans & snatches. They’re not great for pressing either.

If you’re looking for an adjustable bell IMO, you’re better getting the type with a shell where the weight is adjusted internally.

And in case you're wondering about that title, well, I like alliteration and one can be too po-faced about the use of girl/lady/woman.
