cathrobinson does current gym not offer 1 to 1 then? Or is it Sharkie's question?

I hadn't seen that it's online PT initially. Would still think some sort of conversation before you commit would make sense and going for the 3 month option seems the most sensible to work in a progressive and sustainable way. Can see they have some gym connections but presumably not in your area?

OR - if you just feel you need a short term accountability blast, - how about the thing Pix did which for some reason I think was a bit cheaper?

You said you've been watching them? Presumably on social media?

She did get appreciable results however sceptical one or two of us were beforehand! (I think we were - including me)

Looks about the same price for one month based on EP's post here (technically for 10 sessions): fetcheveryone.com/forum/ladies-who-lift-58382/387

I imagine the program that cathrobinson is thinking of joining could be very good and if there's nothing in the area you can do in person then makes sense but worth sending an enquiry with questions you might have before signing up IMO.

I also have to think a little every time EvilPixie makes reference to SPR :)

About This Thread

... a weights wire for women.

And in case you're wondering about that title, well, I like alliteration and one can be too po-faced about the use of girl/lady/woman.

Here's a strength standards for women thing Duracel found for us
