Bloody hell Duracell! That is like an elephant! 😱🐘

Back to basics for me and an overhead press test with work to fatigue then hold weight above my head to see what shakes first... Lats, then abs and last to go was shoulders so today's focus was lats.
Final "play" was battle ropes.... Bloody hell!!!!! They are evil

Well Duracell I can only say Thank You! For giving me the heads up on Chris Peil! I am home now. 90 minute drive each way but well worth it. I have a home plan and I am determined to give this my best shot

That is great news, Brig! I always worry about recommendations just in case, but I know a few people who really have rated Chris.
Hoping the plan delivers!

We know you will be back, Sharkie :) It's all your fault we are here!

My daughter has used atlas balls she loved them!
I have just sat and read through my programme... Going to give it a go this evening and then write a diary plan. I have to give this my fullest effort.
Duracell it was worth the drive just to see the inside of the gym!

How exciting! Hopefully everyone gets fixed and back to it soon. Atlas balls look a bit scary! Half my PT session was weight-based last night, and other half was functional/power-based. Need to practice opening up my upper body first in squats. Started doing double-paused deadlifts - pause below the knees, then a pause just above the ground and back to standing. PT had to get me a 25kg plate to stand on, as in his words; 'you're not very tall, so the difference in distance between your knees and the ground isn't very far'!

I already love atlas stones - I am more concerned about the removal of tape and tacky!

Ouch!!!
