Have husband at home, it doesn't often happen on a Sunday, so I need to not disappear.

Have a lovely time all :)

I'm knitting in solidarity.

Could have gone to Yarndale since it's nearby and the weather is only fit for yarn festivals, but I really, really, really should not put myself in the way of that sort of temptation.

I think that's the same brand that I've got, thank you WL.

Now, an ethical question - is beeswax vegan? Is it better to exploit our little flying friends for their wax, or to damage our climate by extracting minerals to make paraffin wax?

And are there more local sources of beeswax that I could tap into without buying pre-packaged stuff.

A strict vegan wouldn’t use beeswax Helegant as it is from an animal source... some will use animal products that don’t harm the animal eg wool, honey, beeswax.....

Helegant - try a local beekeeper for your beeswax. They may have some to spare or point you in the direction of a less packaged source.
