purps
I'd like to try painting some, one morning I had woken early and my brain was working overtime, I imagined painting sweet peas, I haven't got around to it yet but I found some pencil crayons the other day so tried drawing them. Thank you v'rap

purps, would you like some watercolour pencils (not a complete set, sorry)?
I've fancied an Attic24 CAL since I fell for Coastal, but I need a beginner one. Looks like Trellis and one or two others should be OK (with practice)?

Lizzie, thank you, I think I may have some in the garage, I just need to go and look, thank you for the offer. The sweet pea is very easy, it's only trebles and a chain, definitely beginner doable, the highest you need to count after the initial row is 3 :)

Thank you garfield.

I loved making the Timely cardigan on Ravelry. 4 ply, two row stripes, knitted in the round - just interesting enough but soothing and rhythmic.

Flax is the one that leapt to my mind too. I'm pushed to recommend jumper patterns because most of mine are made up as I go along.
