Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Ultra Sparkly Bridget (USB)
In case anyone was wondering about Helegant's '3 toggles' comment I had sewn on one of the ones I bought at the same time as the wool and pattern before realising one of the others had no holes. As I couldn't really go back to New Lanark and demand a replacement I had to make do with buying 3 more from John Lewis.

I enjoy cables Drell but can't do colourwork.

I have just frogged 3/4 of a sock that had cables (well, a single cable). The frogging was really because the sizing was completely off, but I hated doing the cable too. I'm restarting using another pattern.

I am also starting to swatch for a major colourwork project, my first ever :-o
