Jabberknit, I'll be delivering them to their recipient on Saturday if you're around for parkrun?

How excellent - I'm marshalling! Not sure whereabouts on the course, but since you have to pass most marshals at least 3 times, I'm sure we'll see each other at some point! (I take it you are running, HB?)

I want to make a blanket with a 4 row repeat and in 2 colours making strips. Would I need to stop and start and weave on loads of ends or is there someone to swap colour and keep the yarn attached? It's Aran yarn Thanks |

I carry the yarn up the side and maybe just twist the carried yarn in the middle of the other colour stripe to keep it neat. If you're doing a border it will all get covered up at the end. If you look on youtube, just search "knit (or crochet) carry yarn" , there's loads of help there.

I'm saving Suvena until I get home. However, from the same book, 'Francis' - not quite a FO, but you get the picture. ravelry.com |
