Unknown to each other both grandmothers had the same idea at the same time. The cousins can now play 'matchy matchy' ;-)

OMG Helen that's amazing!
sat at lunch trying out my crochet - I can do it (badly mind!) but just can't get a comfortable way to hold the yarn without it slipping everywhere or the work wobbling about!! Hopefully this will come with practice

Pix, remember to let the hook do the work. Keep the work still with the thumb and forefinger of your left (for right handed) hand and the wool wrapped round the fingers of your left hand (can't explain well, needs pictures ) With your right hand work the hook round the wool not the wool round the hook.
Does that help?

will try again!

In the meantime I've tried to help the dropbox (which I might add is amazing!) but adding some folders!
So many things I want to do now :-)
