Al, Jo has been my contact but because I am already ED at Valentines they have pretty much left me to get on with it

Lills - It is going to be very hot - glad I am too busy to run :-) Speed is up to each of the runners, we have aimed to get a spread of speeds. But the beauty of parkrun is that you run at your own speed

Its a great route, and I was plodding along at the back :-)

Rory - the friend I ran the trial parkrun with last night doesnt belong to a club, she runs for fitness but recently she has lost her mojo and hasnt been running much lately. I persuaded her to run with me last night, she loved the run and her mojo has been restored :-)

AdminLiz - will be a pleasure to welcome you to the beauty of parkrun - Am also expecting a good turn out - The how many is the biggest issue - which club sent out the msg?

Thanks Liz, we had some Striders along on Friday and I noticed the first Harwich affiliated runner registered on Sunday (not that I am keeping a close watch on the numbers!!!)
